I developed a data analysis and visualization solution using Looker Studio and Google Sheets for tracking business and operational indicators. The project included the integration, transformation, and modeling of information from multiple sources, allowing the consolidation of data into interactive dashboards oriented towards decision-making.

I participated in the design of metrics, definition of key performance indicators (KPIs), and automation of reports, facilitating the monitoring of business performance through dynamic and easy-to-interpret visualizations for users.

During the project, best practices in data analysis, information structuring, and executive report generation were applied, contributing to improving the availability and access to strategic information.

I coordinated Business Intelligence and Analytics projects at the Ministry of Transport and Communications, leading the development cycle of technological solutions for the National Road Safety Observatory. My experience was focused on transforming information from multiple data sources into analysis tools for strategic decision-making.

I participated in the design and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI, integrating data from SQL Server and PostgreSQL for the construction of indicators, reports, and control dashboards. I also drove technological innovation initiatives related to advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and data-based process modernization.

I was part of projects related to road infrastructure monitoring, road safety, accident rates, intelligent transport systems, and national information management. I also participated in the technical supervision of information systems and in defining architectures and technological components for new institutional initiatives.

My work combined data analysis, project management, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and the development of solutions aimed at generating reliable information for public management.
