- Implementation and maintenance of corporate systems: Navision, Business Central, WMS, LIMS, SCADA

Achievements

- Creation and implementation of the network infrastructure (network design, domains, servers, communications, etc.) for all group locations: +800 devices, 5 locations, 3 natural plant extract factories (+30,000 m²)

- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Navision) in Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, HR.

- Implementation of WMS with Advanced Warehouse Management (operated by barcode scanners).

- Opening of a commercial office in Singapore. Integration with corporate systems.

- Implementation of Microsoft 365 (Office, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)

- Migration of the ERP to Microsoft Business Central with the usual modules, plus:

o Manufacturing Order Management (stock control and production parameters)

o Purchasing and Production Planning (MRP and MPS)

o CRM for the Sales department

- Integration of Business Central with LIMS system for laboratory analysis management

- Merger and acquisition of several companies.
