• Urban and Real Estate Law Department with Spanish and international clients.

• Contact with clients, drafting legal and urban planning due diligence, minutes for notarial deeds, letters of intent; reviewing powers of attorney and contracts; preparing civil proceedings, with pre-procedural contacts, and administrative proceedings; searching for civil and administrative doctrine and jurisprudence.

Commercial banking legal department.

• Review of the responses issued by this department to queries from the network of offices, related to civil, mortgage, banking, consumer, insolvency, corporate, and regional law.
