I worked as a shop assistant in the store, and my duties included providing personalized customer service. My work was rotational, meaning I sometimes worked at the cash register, promoting store items that were on sale, or in other areas where I was responsible for restocking and organizing all the products. I managed inventory and cash reconciliation. At the end of the day, I always performed cleaning duties, leaving everything organized for the next day.

During my experience as an office clerk at the YMCA Malta association, I was responsible for the administrative management and support of the organization's internal operations. My responsibilities included organizing and filing documents, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports, as well as handling calls, emails, and coordinating appointments. I also provided support to the work team and volunteers, participated in updating databases and beneficiary records. This experience allowed me to develop skills in intercultural communication, organization, time management, and the use of office tools, in addition to reinforcing my teamwork ability in a multicultural environment.
