Full stack development of CitaPluSS, a web application that allows citizens to request information and manage appointments with the Social Services of the Córdoba City Council. Built with Vue.js on the frontend and Laravel on the backend.

I actively participate in the product's architecture and scalability decisions, from database design to the final user experience. As it is an application used by public administration, I pay special attention to reliability, data security, and ensuring the system is accessible to a wide audience, not just technical profiles.

As CTO, I led Segenet's technical area for 4 years, combining hands-on development with team management and architectural decision-making.

I developed SegeApp, a Laravel platform to monitor, supervise, and generate reports on companies' electricity consumption, and Sinkore, an Express synchronizer that processes consumption in real-time, generates alerts, and helps optimize contracted power, reducing costs for the end customer.

In addition to programming, I was responsible for code reviews, production infrastructure, and ensuring the team delivered with quality and on time. This period gave me a vision that goes beyond code: understanding the business, prioritizing, and responding when something fails in production at 2 AM.
