A career at the crossroads of art and business

For over twenty years, I have explored the mechanisms of presence, emotion, narrative, and collective dynamics through theater.

As an actress, director, troupe leader, and cultural project creator, I have supported hundreds of people in experiences that already involved fostering trust, engagement, cooperation, and self-expression. This first professional life allowed me to observe up close what makes a team strong: the quality of presence, listening, the courage to act, the ability to find one's rightful place.

Driven by the desire to put these learnings at the service of organizations, I then undertook in-depth training in educational sciences, pedagogical engineering, coaching, and human transformation.

Today, I support leaders, managers, and teams facing the challenges of change, leadership, and cooperation.

My uniqueness: making the approaches of professional coaching dialogue with the powerful levers of embodiment derived from theater.
