With over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, I combine operational understanding with profound finance expertise. I work closely with CFOs, COOs, and General Managers (GMs), focusing precisely on the areas where profit and liquidity are managed: at the individual hotel level.

My approach is clearly structured and implementation-oriented: First, I create transparency through robust KPIs and valid forecasts. Based on this, I identify concrete profit levers (e.g., payroll, F&B, overheads) and define measures together with the responsible parties. Consistent follow-up and implementation are crucial.

Additionally, I bring experience in restructuring situations and in reporting to banks and private equity investors. I am familiar with the practical requirements for consolidated P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, 13-week liquidity planning, and budget and multi-year planning.
