I have twenty years of experience in management positions in DAX, M-DAX and medium-sized companies in the industrial plant construction (Oil & Gas), chemical/pharmaceutical, electronics, defense infrastructure sectors, most recently also IT services and non-profit organizations. In theHR area**, my focus is on turn-around projects, restructuring, M&A, and in the **compliance areaon setting up and digitizing compliance management systems, risk analysis/assessment, policy creation, training, and business partner checks.
