I was responsible for maintaining and building components for Vinco's internal library. To improve our sales product and the overall development process, I proposed using a micro-frontend architecture. This allowed us to integrate our CRM (HubSpot) with our messaging service (Chatwoot) using a micro-frontend system. This gave us real-time user data, such as whether they had visited our educational programs. We also added AI to our chat to automate responses based on user behavior. It has been incredibly accurate in predicting when a user is about to leave, with an 88% success rate. We have been using Metabase to analyze all this data.
