I help people find their way back to inner calm and mental strength with the help of nature.

Because: Inner calm, mental strength, and relaxed thoughts are not a luxury, but the basis for good decisions, healthy (self-)leadership, and sustainable collaboration.

I am a certified Nature-Mind Coach with a professional background as a lawyer in the field of renewable energies. From that time, I know what high mental stress, time pressure, and complex decisions in a corporate context mean.

Today, I combine mental self-management, nature awareness, and mindfulness into an approach that doesn't just stop at insights but has a lasting effect – in a (work) world that is fast, demanding, and often overwhelming.

My work is characterized by real experience:

through Nature-Mind Coaching, conscious reflection, clear structures, and – where sensible – also through impulses from my experience as a mountaineer (up to almost 7,000 m). It's about inner stability, focus, perseverance, and the ability to stay centered even in challenging situations.

I work experience-based – in the forest, in nature, in the seminar room, or in a 1:1 setting. Theory is always a means to an end, not the goal.

I work online, in person, or hybrid – in German and English.

- Drafting and negotiation of standard and customer-specific project development, purchase, concession, and framework agreements (wind and solar energy, battery storage) as well as their review

- Support of transactions (share and asset deals) through close cooperation with external legal advisors

- Legal advice to the business departments on decisions in operational business, particularly with regard to energy and approval law frameworks

- Compliance

Drafting and negotiation of direct marketing agreements and white-label and framework agreements (biogas, wind and solar energy, combined heat and power); constant adaptation of agreements to regulatory requirements

- Legal support (e.g., product liability, warranty) and interdisciplinary collaboration in the introduction of a new product (EnergieFlexBox)

- Internal training of colleagues on legal topics

- Review and drafting of confidentiality agreements

- Review, drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements

- Creation of the electricity label with the specialist department

- Coordination of external lawyers
