My role at JFC is both strategic and operational: I define the company's direction, build concrete solutions for my clients, and ensure rigorous follow-up of results. Each mission is approached with a critical eye, a collaborative approach, and a clear desire to deliver value from the first few weeks.

The objective of JosFer Consulting is simple: to offer immediately operational expertise capable of generating a lasting positive impact, whether on site, in the workshop, or in the office.

At Jacobs, a Liège-based company specializing in public lighting infrastructure construction, I was hired as a freelance consultant to structure and professionalize the purchasing function, but my mission quickly expanded.

I created a high-performing Purchasing department from scratch, including implementing processes, structuring logistics flows between warehouses, field teams, and suppliers, as well as developing a stock management strategy aligned with operational objectives.

In parallel, I took charge of the company's digital transformation:

Implementation of Silicon Master ERP, adapted to the specificities of public lighting (Silicon key user)

Training of staff on new digital tools and data culture

Development of internal software for calculating quotes and submissions, enabling rapid, reliable, and centralized project cost estimation

I was responsible for several key areas of the company:

🔹 Warehouses (physical and IT stock management)

🔹 Submissions (coordination, costing, formalization)

🔹 And the overall digitalization of internal processes

This mission perfectly illustrates my ability to structure a company operationally, technically, and digitally, while pragmatically and sustainably managing change.

At MOBIX Engema (a railway subsidiary of CFE Contracting), I held the position of Senior Project Manager, with full responsibility for all railway signaling works in Wallonia. My role covered technical management as well as financial and human project steering.

I was responsible for the smooth running of signaling sites (TBL1+, TBL2, cabling, technical cabinets, level crossings, etc.), in a highly regulated environment, sensitive to safety, and subject to very tight deadlines.

🔹 Simultaneous management of several strategic railway sites (Gare du Midi, Line 125, EnVes, etc.)

🔹 Supervision of internal teams and specialized subcontractors, with reporting to top management

🔹 Direct interface with Infrabel, safety coordinators, design offices, and technical partners

🔹 Precise financial monitoring: monthly valuations, variance control, resource optimization

🔹 Implementation of quality and safety procedures (VCA) and internal tools to ensure operational reliability

This mission allowed me to fully exercise my ability to take charge of complex projects, to turn around critical situations, and to bridge the gap between the field, client needs, and contractual requirements.

It also illustrates my ability to manage technically high-pressure environments, with a focus on results, reliability, and long-term performance.
