As QA Lead, I lead and manage a team of QA professionals, contributing to the success of technology projects through the implementation of quality assurance practices and operational excellence. Among my responsibilities, I highlight:

Currently, as a member of the QA and Testing Office, I am responsible for the definition and review of test plans for various web portals and APIs. To this end, I am in charge of developing a set of automated tests for the frontend of the applications, for which I have used the client's proprietary framework, based on Selenium + JAVA and Cypress, as well as automating various APIs with Postman + Newman, and creating pipelines (configuring test flows) in Jenkins. Finally, I am responsible for providing training to the managers of different projects on the integration of Xray in Jira and supporting them in their QA tasks.
