José Antonio Martinez Romero

Architect and Technical Consultant with over 30 years of experience in public and private works, specialized in building, urban planning, and civil engineering. Throughout my career, I have managed, supervised, and developed over 250 building and urban planning projects, including residential housing, public facilities, administrative buildings, educational centers, hotels, and the rehabilitation of listed buildings, with budgets of up to €10 million. I have worked with leading construction companies (ACCIONA, ACS, AZVI, VIAS, among others), participating in all project phases: conception, technical development, administrative processing, site management, and technical control. I currently perform technical functions for the Junta de Andalucía, which allows me to provide updated and rigorous knowledge of administrative procedures, current regulations, and public project management. My differential value is to provide technical judgment, global vision, and experience, helping developers, construction companies, and administrations to anticipate problems, reduce risks, and improve the quality and viability of projects.
