As head of operations in an accounting automation company, I had to implement various levers to automate invoice entry, all bank statements, reconciliation, and various other processes.

To achieve this, here are the different development axes implemented:

- Integration of the use of language models for automation

- Recruitment, training, and skills development of a team of about fifteen accounting profiles

- Use of several key tools and skills (python, ruby, SQL, notion, LLM)

I teach accounting, consolidation, and project management modules to students in BUT3 Business Administration.
