Objow is a startup specializing in gamification in the workplace. It offers a SaaS platform that drives, engages, and rewards employee performance.

Objow has clients such as Edenred, Cegid, Yoplait, and Manpower. Its SaaS platform is used by over 25,000 users.

Following a successful initial project in 2019, I rejoined the new technical team in 2024. The objective is to participate in the development of an extension for the SaaS platform. Objow is developing this extension in partnership with a CAC 40 company.

The team consists of 9 people:

- 3 Python developers,

- 2 React.js developers,

- 1 data engineer,

- 1 DevOps engineer,

- 1 UX designer,

- 1 CTO.

As a Python developer, my responsibilities include:

- Developing the API in Python and Django REST Framework,

- Developing the application in JavaScript and React.js,

- Evolving the PostgreSQL database with Django,

- Setting up an identity provider with Keycloak,

- Scoping the technical requirements of business needs,

- Estimating the complexity points of different tasks,

- Supporting other Python developers: pair programming, code reviews, etc.,

- Deploying the SaaS platform on Azure.

I contributed to the following developments:

- The integration of +100,000 new users through the extension.

Everial is a company specializing in document management (invoices, contracts, etc.). Its goal is to reduce document management costs and legal risks. To achieve this, Everial offers document archiving and digitization solutions, as well as support for digitizing document processes.

Everial has clients such as Crédit Agricole, La Banque Populaire, Sanofi, and Boiron. The company has an annual turnover of over €50 million with more than 350 employees.

After a successful first part of my mission at Everial, I became Tech Lead of the development team in 2023.

I participated in the development of a portal for clients. This portal allows them to access information about their archives.

The team consisted of 18 people:

- 1 .NET Tech Lead,

- 6 .NET Developers,

- 1 Database Administrator,

- 1 Architect,

- 4 Project Managers,

- 4 Testers,

- 1 Scrum Master.

As a .NET Tech Lead, my responsibilities included:

- Architecting the new client portal in C# and ASP .NET Core,

- Creating the SQL Server database with Entity Framework,

- Optimizing the performance of Emeraude in C# .NET and WPF,

- Upskilling the team on advanced NHibernate concepts,

- Supervising the work of developers (pair programming, code reviews, assistance, etc.),

- Scoping the technical requirements of business needs.

I contributed to the following developments:

- Generating over 75% of the company's revenue,

- Archiving over 5000 km of documents, equivalent to over 25 billion pages,

- Managing over 18 archiving sites.

I joined the development team in 2021 for a three-year period.

I participated in the development of Emeraude. This software manages all business workflows for physical document archiving, from retrieval to storage, with precise location tracking for each document.

The team consisted of 23 people:

- 10 .NET Developers,

- 1 Database Administrator,

- 2 Architects,

- 4 Product Owners / Functional Project Managers

- 4 Testers,

- 1 Scrum Master,

- 1 Team Lead.

As a .NET Developer, my responsibilities included:

- Developing the archive import module in C# .NET and WPF (+200,000 archives imported/day),

- Developing the mobile scanning application for Zebra TC26 devices in C# .NET and Xamarin,

- Developing the API in C# and ASP .NET Core,

- Evolving the SQL Server database in SQL,

- Scoping the technical requirements of business needs.

I contributed to the following developments:

- Generating over 75% of the company's revenue,
