With over 25 years of experience in management positions in business, marketing, and sales in companies like Banesto and Grupo Santander, I currently work with companies from different sectors driving sustainable changes in leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

My methodology combines learning by doing, experiential dynamics, role-plays, self-knowledge tools (DISC, NVC, Leadership Circle, Enneagram), and action plans applied to the daily reality of each organization.

As a transversal function, my challenge was to lead the transformation and modernization of the Compliance and Conduct function within Grupo Santander, both at the Corporate Center in Boadilla and in the Group's 10 main Banks (UK, Spain, Brazil, USA, Poland, Chile, Portugal, Mexico...).

My challenge was to define and lead the "Operations and Processes" function within this newly created Corporate Division, both at the Corporate Center (Boadilla) and in the implementation and governance of this function in the main Santander Group Banks.
