Senior Manager, since October 1999, with global technical, project management and human resources management responsibilities for financial audit projects for a large number of clients/entities, both national and foreign (Angola and Mozambique), in various sectors of activity, among which the following may be highlighted: oil, gas, energy, chemicals, railways, automobiles, pharmaceuticals, cement, construction, concrete, consumer goods, large-scale distribution, security, information technology, postal services and telecommunications, etc.. Among other activities, leadership tasks were performed in projects involving the implementation and interpretation of national regulations (NCRF) and international regulations (IAS/IFRS), the identification and analysis of the main business processes and information and internal control systems (COSO & Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and the coordination and participation in due-diligence projects for company's valuation.
