Matu Factu

Matu Factu is an intelligent invoicing SaaS platform designed to automate the administrative work of freelancers and small businesses using Artificial Intelligence and WhatsApp.

The project was born with the aim of eliminating the complexity of traditional invoicing software, allowing users to generate quotes, delivery notes, and invoices using natural language, both text and voice, without needing to fill out forms manually.

The AI interprets conversations, identifies clients, items, quantities, taxes, and products to automatically generate professional documents that can later be converted into each other while maintaining full document traceability.

The platform also includes a comprehensive web dashboard to manage clients, documents, expenses, metrics, and business settings, as well as an intelligent catalog system capable of analyzing supplier documents and helping to automatically locate materials during quote creation.

I have developed the product entirely, participating in functional design, architecture, frontend and backend development, authentication, document generation, integration with AI models, payments via Stripe, and deployment of the entire infrastructure.

Matu Factu demonstrates how Artificial Intelligence can be integrated into everyday business processes to reduce administrative time, minimize errors, and allow professionals to dedicate more time to their core activities rather than bureaucratic tasks.

MA.Flow

MA.Flow is a SaaS platform for creating, configuring, and deploying fully customized Artificial Intelligence agents capable of automating complete business processes. The project's goal is to enable any company to build digital employees tailored to their business without needing to develop a specific solution from scratch.

The platform allows designing agents that can act as virtual receptionists, sales assistants, lead capturers, support agents, booking managers, follow-up systems, or internal automations, integrating with tools such as WhatsApp, voice, CRMs, calendars, REST APIs, and any external software.

Each agent can be configured with custom instructions, tools, integrations, and business rules, allowing them to perform real actions such as querying databases, managing appointments, sending documentation, updating external systems, or coordinating complete processes across different applications.

I have been responsible for the complete development of the product, from functional definition and architecture to frontend, backend, database, authentication, deployment, and integration with AI models and external services. Throughout the development, I have continuously validated the product with real clients and iterated on new functionalities based on their needs.

MA.Flow represents my vision of how companies will use Artificial Intelligence in the coming years: specialized agents capable of executing real business processes, integrating with any existing system, and increasing productivity without replacing human control.

Participation in a technology entrepreneurship program focused on the creation, validation, and scaling of digital startups. Practical training focused on the entire lifecycle of a technology company, from identifying a market opportunity to launching, growing, and consolidating the product.

During the program, innovation and product development methodologies such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Customer Development, and Business Model Canvas were utilized, learning to validate business hypotheses through customer interviews, defining value propositions, building MVPs (Minimum Viable Products), and continuous iteration processes based on real market feedback.

The content also covered fundamental aspects for startup growth, including:

Product Market Fit (PMF) and validation metrics.

Customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Furthermore, the program introduced notions of cybersecurity applied to digital products, including best practices for application development, data protection, authentication and access control, secure credential and secret management, privacy by design principles, basic concepts of data encryption in transit and at rest, vulnerability management, and awareness of regulatory compliance in technology projects.
