Managed the Carrefour group loyalty product covering in-store and e-commerce journeys, within a 4-in-a-box organization (Product, Tech Lead/UX, functional architect, business) and an event-driven microservices architecture (Kafka).

Managed the backlog and 2-week sprints: refinement, writing and prioritizing user stories, velocity tracking, support management, and production launch preparation, with documentation in Confluence. Designed and optimized omnichannel enrollment journeys, implemented APIs and partner integrations (Carrefour Assurance, service stations, etc.), monitored KPIs (acquisitions, rewards, consents, fraud), and contributed to simplifying accounting and data flows to ensure reliable business analysis.

In parallel to the Product role, served as Scrum Master for the team (1 Tech Lead, 5 developers, 1 QA): facilitated agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and 3 Amigos workshops to align business, development, and QA on business rules. Identified technical or organizational obstacles, coordinated with Operations, architects, and other teams to remove blockers and secure sprint goals. Implemented small group technical meetings after dailies to delve into complex topics, and a recurring tech meeting facilitated by the Tech Lead (watch, best practices, sprint topics) to encourage self-organization and continuous improvement.

Managed a customer GDPR project (automation of opt-out/deletion requests, rights management) and a loyalty platform modernization program: decommissioning of the legacy application, scoping of functional domains and key events, coordination of automated tests (Karate), performance tests (Gatling), and Kibana dashboard implementation, with a highly agile deployment mode enabling fast and secure rollouts.

Managed technical and functional projects related to the Teapot application (workplace accident management) and its interface with the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP.

Facilitated workshops, functional scoping, wrote specifications (SFD), cleaned and validated data using SQL scripts, managed planning, cost estimation, and risks.

GDPR projects on the Teapot application: data segregation, SSRS reports, request tracking and compliance.

Multi-year project for retrieving and processing Net-Entreprises data: defined business rules, integrated into the application, created business reporting and KPIs.
