At Exact, we are implementing a new visual style developed for all online products. For this, a Design System was designed in Figma. To make the Design System complete and fully up-to-date with the latest possibilities within Figma, we enlisted Joost's help. During his time with us, Joost adjusted the structure of the Design System to make it workable for the Product UX designers at Exact, adapted all components to utilize the latest Figma features, and fixed all errors. This was done for both the Web and Mobile versions. Joost also assisted in applying the newest components in product designs and helped lay the groundwork for training Product UX designers to understand and work with Figma. Joost was involved in the project from day one. He quickly familiarized himself without needing much guidance. Management was easy, partly because Joost was proactive in the project. During weekly reviews, Joost was prepared with an overview of all completed tasks and upcoming work. Communication was always smooth, and Joost always responded quickly. He is a pleasant person to work with, easy to manage, integrated well within the UX team, is social and engaged, and knows his stuff. If I needed a freelancer again, I would definitely contact Joost again. I can only say 'thank you Joost' for your work, and I absolutely recommend him.
