After more than 15 years as an employee in various sectors, I decided to found the company Co'Pilot Jo:

📌 To help the 1st company in France: VSEs

📌 To support SMEs in their occasional needs and project management.

My multi-sector background in positions such as Management Controller, HR Manager, Administrative Manager, and Manager allows me to have a broad vision of how a company operates.

My experience of over 7 years in an accounting firm was very important in my development.

In this context, I worked with many executives.

This allowed me to understand their needs, determine their expectations, and propose various services (dashboards, margin monitoring, cash flow analysis, process digitalization, etc.).

Management, optimization, and analysis have been part of my daily life since the beginning of my professional career. Skills that I now wish to share with VSE executives who are often alone and ill-equipped to manage their company optimally.

Experience shows that the presence of trusted partners is essential for a business leader.

This is why, being a leader myself, I have established a partnership with Rivalis, an Alsatian company.

In parallel with my consulting, management, and coaching activities for VSE/SME leaders, I am also a part-time consultant, specializing in management control, organizational and/or administrative migration, project management, and HR management.

The current context, employers' need for flexibility, and the recruitment difficulties they face mean that more and more companies, from VSEs to multinationals, are choosing to use a part-time service provider.
