RTE for the SAFe CREA train (Calculate, Recover, Issue, Administer Receivables) for the MSA Business perimeter

• Facilitator of ceremonies and continuous improvement for the CREA train, comprising approximately 80 people across 8 teams (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, PO Sync, Coach Sync, Next PI Preparation, etc.)

• Active participation in the Lean Agile Center of Excellence / LACE, which guides the five current DOSI trains in adopting Lean-Agile practices

• Member of the iMSA RTE CoP, bringing together about fifteen RTEs from different areas to standardize our practices and share our experiences

• Training teams in Agility / Scrum / Kanban

• Full use of JIRA for the train / teams, and Klaxoon for events and workshops

• Guarantee of the proper implementation of SAFe values and practices at the Train level

• Facilitator during ceremonies, obstacle identification, and risk management

• Driving continuous improvement

• Train budget monitoring

• Use of Jira for the train and teams

• 10 projects in various sectors - Automotive, Logistics, Construction, Pharmaceuticals, Retail

• Management of the development team (internal, service providers, partners) responsible for the maintenance and evolution of dematerialization chains

• Study of client needs, quote preparation, planning, acceptance testing and integration monitoring, participation in various project monitoring committees, and performance indicator development

• Constant communication with internal production teams (France and Offshore) and management

• Active participation in the study of the NF Z42-026 standard, which sets the rules and best practices to be followed to attest to the production of faithful copies of paper originals. The goal is to be able to destroy the paper originals once the invoices have been digitally archived.
