The association welcomes and supports approximately 140,000 people in precarious situations or experiencing exclusion, through housing, healthcare, and professional integration.

In 2023, the organization had around 250 services managed by 2,800 professionals, with a budget of approximately €250 million.

- IT Strategy and alignment with Association's objectives: define IT strategy in harmony with the organization's overall goals;

- IT Infrastructure Management and Optimization: ensure optimal management of IT resources to guarantee system stability and performance;

- IT Security: implement robust security measures to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage cyber crisis situations and implement response plans;

- IT Program Management: oversee the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery;

- Digital Transformation and Innovation: promote digital transformation within the association and integrate innovative solutions to improve processes;

- Human Resources Management and supervision of a team of 23 talents: supervise and motivate the IT team, fostering skill development and well-being at work;

- Institutional Communication: ensure internal and external communication on the challenges, progress, and impacts of IT projects;

- Budget Management: develop and monitor budgets allocated to IT projects. Optimize costs while ensuring the quality of services.

Scope: 34 sites, 50 companies, €80 million turnover, 2,000 employees

Achievements:

- Building an IT department "from scratch": as part of the structuring and rapid development (x40 turnover in 2 years) of a young organization that did not have one before January 2022

- Management Committee Member (CODIR): defining the group's 2027 strategy, cascading the IT strategy, daily operational management of the structure with other directors (EVP)

- Existing Audit: technical and functional across 50 companies

- Needs Definition: interview campaign at headquarters and establishments to list topics and priorities

- Definition and steering of the IT Master Plan (SDSI) in line with the strategic axes of each establishment

- Construction & Management of an IT team: defining workload and skill plans, aligning with IT budgets, then recruiting the necessary profiles (from hotline technician to cybersecurity expert) and corresponding FTEs >> 5 internal FTEs + 7 external FTEs

- Elaboration & Steering of the IT budget: (CAPEX+OPEX: €3 million) to meet user needs, ensure business continuity, and data security

- Responsibility for CISO and DPO: responsible for IT security (cyber crisis management, risk assessment, external cyber audit, recruitment and management of expert profiles for security action plan implementation); and responsible for personal data protection

- Head of Innovation: for staff, for senior residents, for families/relatives/caregivers. Leading an innovation committee bringing together all users of the structure. Conducting PoCs & Pilots, co-creating products with innovative players (startups: MedTech emotional monitoring AI robot, large corporations: connected senior assistant restoring autonomy through technology)

Achievements: supporting the CIO in operational steering, rationalization of group processes

- Implementation and monitoring of IT budget by subsidiary (for a consolidated budget of €160 million)

- Steering of contract portfolio (250 framework agreements)

- Steering of IT payroll by subsidiary (350 consolidated FTEs), allocation by geographical regions (Northern Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, Iberian Peninsula, Middle East, Latin America, France, New Countries incubator)

- Steering of cross-functional multi-skill projects (monitoring construction/renovation works, monitoring the creation of a group Shared Service Center in Portugal)
