- Implementation of the insurance program consisting of connecting the phone recycler client to a telephone operator's insurer via WebServices, to place automatic orders and replace broken phones, and repair broken phones.

- Implementation of the phone recycling process (repair) to give them a new life.

- Server IT management, and implementation of a disaster recovery plan (DRP) on several servers so that the application is available 100% of the time,
