I participated in the end-to-end implementation of digital banking products in Mexico and Peru, supporting product teams in functional definition and delivery oversight.

In Mexico, I worked on the launch of assisted channels, while in Peru, I participated in the implementation of digital channels, covering key verticals such as payments, cards, accounts, and onboarding processes (KYC).

Collaboration included coordination with technical and business teams, and vendors, as well as adapting the product to the regulatory and operational requirements of each market.

I participated in the end-to-end implementation of a digital wallet for the Chilean and Peruvian markets, covering everything from functional definition to delivery oversight.

I worked on building key payment flows and user experience, coordinating with technical and business teams, and external vendors, and adapting the product to the regulatory and operational requirements of each country.

The wallet included functionalities such as payments, balance management, and onboarding flows, in a context of regional launch and scaling.

I collaborated as a Business Analyst on critical process improvement and evolution initiatives in corporate environments, working with technical and business teams.

The role included the analysis and functional definition of requirements, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and support for teams during implementation phases, in a context of high operational criticality.

The experience provided a solid vision on process management, alignment between business and technology, and work in enterprise environments.
