I played a key role in the redesign and evolution of customer purchasing and management journeys (fixed & mobile) within a Scrum team.

🚀 Major Achievements & Impact 🚀

✨ Redesign of a Mobile Rental Cancellation Application: I took the initiative and technical lead in completely redesigning a critical application. I designed the process from A to Z and harmonized it with the internal Design System. Result: more maintainable code and clarified customer UX.

✨ Optimization through Factorization (DRY): I created a reusable Vue.js plugin (with dedicated Spring endpoints) to centralize dematerialization (scan, signature). This initiative eliminated code duplication across multiple applications, accelerating future development.

✨ Increased Reliability of Customer Accounts: Optimized Java/Spring flows for account/customer association. I reduced orphaned accounts (created during abandoned orders), improving data consistency in the IT system and reducing support anomalies.

✨ Securing Fiber Optic Connection: Developed a Full Stack feature for entering and validating Optical Network Terminal (ONT) IDs. Result: Significant reduction in field connection errors and rescheduled interventions.

✨ Improvement in Logistics/Sales: Integrated an interactive ArcGIS map (Vue.js + Java API) to help technicians and advisors precisely locate residences. Result: Time savings and increased success rate for fiber installations.

✨ Increased Reliability of the Purchase Tunnel (Checkout): Developed components in JSP/jQuery/Spring MVC in this critical area. I ensured robust implementation of complex business rules and pixel-perfect integration for SFR/RED visual identities.

Development of Konsolid8, a modular platform engineering platform:

✨ Backend development in Python on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM).

✨ Frontend in Vue.js 3 (CoreUI, dynamic forms & views).

✨ AI Integration (AWS Bedrock/Claude) for content generation and visualizations.

👉 Result: Creation of a tool allowing Ops teams to quickly create custom actions/views and better manage their cloud environments.

Mission: Development of a web application for managing satellite data traffic and configuration. This project is part of a redesign of a client-side software.
