With 8 years of experience as a retail project manager and then construction manager, I have supported brands in the creation and deployment of commercial spaces (Cosmetics & Fashion), from the design phase to the handover of construction sites.

I am involved in overall project steering: coordination of architects, design offices, and contractors, schedule and budget management, monitoring execution quality, and ensuring brand standards are met.

Accustomed to demanding retail environments, I regularly work closely with internal teams (development, concept, operations) and external partners to guarantee openings on time and in line with brand identity.
