I participated in the project to improve the Orchestration and Management of Incoming Flows. A major project for the company involving the implementation of a new solution for telephone flows with a new supervision console for all entities interacting with bank clients.

I was part of a small cross-functional team tasked with addressing various issues not within the scope of the existing teams responsible for solution deployment, IT integration, product evolution, and operational issues.

Once a new issue was identified, we had to collaborate with various stakeholders to:

- Define the problem

- Find a solution

- Manage and test the implementation of the solution

This allowed me to work autonomously with the teams and engage with different topics and technologies.

I was responsible for mapping the 8 test environments from acceptance testing to homologation. I ensured there were no technical blockages between different teams and that the version level of each component was aligned with the needs.

I was responsible for the portability of lines from the historical operator to the new operator (70k). I presented and monitored the project with the 40 regional banks.

I analyzed the project's multiple repositories to identify remaining data to be integrated into the solution before decommissioning the existing system. I used Power Query to automate and secure these processes.

This allowed me to become the custodian of the line repositories.

I was responsible for setting up probe scenarios simulating user journeys to detect malfunctions of the new solution early on.

It was necessary to document the user process and monitor the correct deployment of the scenario for all entities.

I had the opportunity to participate in the evolution of the IT department in Mauritius. We grew from 3 to 20 people spread across 4 distinct departments in 4 years.

I started as a VIE and then became the IT referent in Mauritius, handing over my responsibilities to the new manager.

Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the bp2r application portfolio.

Liaison between the Paris teams (CIO) and the business in Mauritius.
