Evolutionary and corrective development of a web application, allowing a large distribution company to manage their product supply based on commercial offers. These developments were carried out using various agile techniques and practices.

Challenges:

- TDD and implementation of end-to-end tests

- Onboarding new developers within the team

- Facilitating AGILE rituals (SCRUM)

- Evolving a product in parallel with refactoring existing code,
