I founded MindKos as a consultancy specializing in transforming clinical and organizational data into clear, measurable, and sustainable decisions.

I work with psychologists, clinics, and digital platforms to design analysis and prediction systems that improve the understanding of psychological well-being, patient retention, and intervention effectiveness.

My responsibilities include:

- Designing data-driven well-being diagnostics.

- Creating digital health data ecosystems (structuring, cleaning, and visualization).

- Developing predictive models applied to clinical and organizational psychology.

- Communicating insights and results to clinical and management teams.

Projects combine advanced psychometrics, statistical analytics, and visualization in Power BI and R, with a focus on clinical impact and informed decision-making.

Migration of applications and databases for support, maintenance, and improvement within the insurance sector. Specifically, development of modules in Natural Adabas, within the Host environment; as well as incident resolution, support, and enhancements, in addition to data manipulation through the Oracle DBMS and use of Linux for launching and editing scripts in the UNIX environment.

Comprehensive management of technology projects focused on data exploitation and analysis for business decision-making. Active participation in the design of data architectures, development of interactive dashboards, and optimization of predictive models aimed at improving organizational performance.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordination between technical and business teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.

- Design and implementation of data analysis workflows, from extraction to final visualization.

- Creation of statistical and predictive models to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.

- Presentation of results through executive reports and interactive dashboards.

This role consolidated my experience in applied analysis and the clear, actionable communication of complex results.
