June Factory is a software publisher specializing in cybersecurity. The company offers training and compliance monitoring solutions.

June Factory was born from the merger of Phosforea (cybersecurity awareness since 2014) and the Auditool and Passed tools. The company has major clients among its customers: SGDSN, CNES, ANSSI, and numerous industrial companies.

I joined the R&D team in January 2022. I participated in the development of an LMS (Learning Management System) dedicated to B2B cybersecurity awareness in Vue.js for the frontend and Laravel for the backend.

The team consisted of:

- 3 full-stack developers + 1 tech lead

- 1 project manager

- 1 Product Owner

My responsibilities:

- Design and development of the LMS in Vue.js

- Development of an internal SCORM player to replace Moodle

- Platform maintenance and evolution

- Integration of new awareness courses

- R&D customer support for complex technical cases

- Participation in architecture and stack choices

My results:

- Support calls reduced by half

- Elimination of dependency on a third-party business tool

- Better coverage of user data

The platform served several thousand users.

Jokosun is a Toulouse-based startup specializing in solar energy for Africa.

The company was based in Labège (now in Senegal) and offers solar kits on a subscription basis for households, businesses, and communities.

Jokosun was created in 2017 at the IoT Valley.

The startup is a member of La French Tech and was supported by Ad'Occ and the Momentum accelerator.

I assisted Jokosun as a freelancer in developing an internal sales support tool.

The tool generates a personalized energy report for each client based on their needs through a Vue.js interface.

The team consisted of:

- 1 project manager

- 1 full-stack developer

My responsibilities:

- Database design

- Development of an algorithm to select the appropriate solution

- Automatic generation of an energy report

- Sending the report to the client via an API

- Preparation of customer account management

- Frontend and backend development

- Application deployment

My results:

- User journey time reduced by 50%

- Increase in qualified leads

- Better quality and more structured data

BookingNoteBook was a reservation management SaaS for restaurants.

The objective: to offer a simple alternative to existing tools, designed for small independent restaurants.

My responsibilities:

- Writing the specifications

- Designing mockups with Figma

- Designing the MySQL database

- Application architecture

- Native Javascript frontend and backend development with a custom PHP framework

- Hosting and deployment

- Monitoring of early users

My results:

- Development and delivery of the MVP, used by several restaurants

- Analysis and application of user feedback

This project allowed me to improve my skills in product design, end-to-end management, and decision-making under constraints. It also fueled my current approach to business tools: understanding the field before coding.
