Since 2020, I have been leading the overall redesign and security of the IT system for this national association (1,200 accounts). My role involves transforming a heterogeneous infrastructure into a robust, sovereign, and automated ecosystem, while managing change and overseeing strategic partners.

I designed a hybrid infrastructure on RHEL / RockyLinux orchestrated via Podman. Perimeter protection relies on hardening traffic through Cloudflare Business (WAF, DNSSEC, DMARC). Endpoint security is provided by Bitdefender GravityZone coupled with Action1 for patch management, application deployment, and real-time park remediation.

I manage the lifecycle of memberships, donations, and events via CiviCRM. I have developed synchronization workflows between the CRM and payment gateways (Stripe, Streamlabs, PayPal). I deploy and maintain Mautic for large-scale information dissemination. This includes developing custom modules in PHP (Symfony), JavaScript (React), and architecting Drupal foundations. I have also automated the generation of tax receipts and administrative documents related to donations and memberships.

In terms of IAM and cybersecurity, I integrated Entra ID, deployed Intune as MDM for IT park management, prepared an internal IdP for volunteer lifecycle management, introduced Passbolt, DNSSEC, DMARC policies, and hardened access via Cloudflare Business.

Beyond technical execution, I coordinate relations with strategic partners (Microsoft for Nonprofits, Cloudflare) and manage overall projects, ensuring technological alignment with the organization's objectives.

I also ensure the operational maintenance and service continuity of the IT system for the user teams.
