**Context**: Aztk, a tech company, wanted to industrialize the deployment of its web applications (Next.js / Prismic CMS) on AWS. The goal was to reduce technical time to focus more on supporting their clients.

• **Custom Design**: Analysis of the team's needs and design of a complete automation process from scratch, after testing and discarding several market solutions.
• **Internal Tool Development**: Creation of an administration interface in Vue.js that controls a serverless backend on AWS Lambda.
• **Cloud Automation (Infrastructure as Code)**: Use of the Amazon SDK to automate the creation of AWS accounts, server provisioning (via configuration files), and the creation of dedicated and secure IAM users for CI/CD.
• **Tooling & CI/CD**: Creation of Bash scripts to generate and update Next.js templates. The tool automatically creates repositories (GitHub/GitLab), configures environment variables, and sets up continuous deployment pipelines (deployment on push).
• **Direct Impact**: A complete, secure, and SEO-optimized architecture (including a CDN, image management, and one-click CMS integration) is now deployed in less than a minute. Where the process previously took several hours with risks of errors or security breaches, everything is now fast, consistent, and reliable. **Context**: Replace a paper-based management process with a custom digital tool. The goal was to optimize the daily work of artisans in the workshop and improve customer service follow-up.

**Context**: Berkail needed a website tailored for customer acquisition, capable of handling high traffic related to significant advertising budgets. The technical challenge was to offer a consistently accessible platform while enabling the marketing team to be highly responsive in A/B testing and tracking.

• **Consulting & Architecture (Full Autonomy)**: Took charge of the project in its entirety. I advised and supported the team in adopting a Headless CMS to separate content management from technical aspects, thereby simplifying their daily tasks.
• **SEO-Oriented Automation (Focus)**: Implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) so that each update automatically triggers cache purging, dynamic sitemap generation, and synchronization with Google Search Console and Analytics tools.
