Listening, empathy, humor, and emotional intelligence are keys that I activate during the coaching and training sessions I offer my clients.

I was convinced early on that learning is more effective through practice and play, so I opt for a fun and innovative approach, particularly using theatrical improvisation techniques that I also teach.

Leaders and managers often lack time, so I prefer to offer short-term services first to better target my clients' objectives and areas for improvement by designing tailor-made programs.
