Responsible for leading and managing the planning, execution, and optimization of projects focused on the implementation, expansion, and maintenance of mobile networks, working with technologies such as GSM, UMTS, and LTE. In charge of coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, and ensuring the correct assignment of activities to meet defined objectives.

I focused on ensuring that projects were delivered within the established timelines, adjusted to the budget, and met high-quality standards. Likewise, I implemented monitoring and control strategies based on KPIs and SLAs, allowing for network performance measurement, risk anticipation, and customer satisfaction assurance.

Additionally, I contributed to the continuous improvement of operational processes, optimizing execution efficiency and strengthening decision-making based on performance indicators and analysis.

Supporting the commercial area in structuring technical and economic solutions for business opportunities, including RFQ, RFI, RFP processes, and both public and private tenders. Responsible for analyzing requirements, defining solution alternatives, and developing proposals aligned with client needs and technical and financial viability.

I participated in building economic proposals, cost estimation, and defining competitive pricing, using corporate tools such as Salesforce CRM, internal quote generators, PPP, and databases. My focus was on generating effective proposals, optimizing response times, and increasing the conversion rate of commercial opportunities.
