Enforcement and implementation of assembly and weapons law:

Issuance of permits, issuance of prohibition orders, initiation of revocation proceedings, conduct of legal proceedings.

Processing of all trade law matters according to the Trade Regulation Act and related legal provisions. This includes in particular:

Registration, re-registration, and deregistration of businesses (including recording and forwarding to other bodies such as the tax office, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chamber of Crafts, police),

Verification of trade law reliability (e.g., for businesses requiring permits such as restaurants, brokers, security companies),

Processing of permit and concession procedures (e.g., restaurant permits, arcades, itinerant trades),

Punishment of administrative offenses in the area of trade law,

Advising citizens and companies on all matters of trade law.

Administration and management of land and buildings owned by public bodies. Tasks include in particular:

Purchase, sale, exchange, and administration of land and real estate,

Processing of rental and lease agreements, contact person for companies and internal specialist departments on matters concerning land and buildings.
