Develop and implement ChildFund's fundraising strategy in Guinea. This includes: Market analysis and strategy: Evaluate donor priorities to develop local resource mobilization strategies. Donor engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential donors at various levels. Proposal development: Support the team in creating funding proposals, from opportunity research to submission. Budget management

Awareness of threats to our program sectors, our partners and our staff; Incident notification and sitreps (reports and sharing of alerts) Complete reports (monthly and sitreps) to the Country Coordinator and regional security management; Planning and communication (calendar updates, events, training, etc.) Attend and contribute to regular network meetings Monthly leadership learning and development organized by the security team.

Ensure the role of CAMEL program focal point in monitoring the implementation of S&E activities in CAMEL (Done at the LP level) through: Acting as the main point of contact between the LPs and the national team, organizing regular meetings to discuss progress and challenges related to CAMEL Training the LPs on the use of CAMEL for S&E, providing technical support and practical guides to solve problems. Supervise the collection and analysis of data in CAMEL, verify its quality and identify trends and opportunities for improvement Collaborate to develop and update the S&E tools in CAMEL, ensure their correct use and compliance with quality standards. Prepare periodic reports on S&E activities in CAMEL, document best practices and recommend improvements.
