For 4 years, I have been training legal professionals, local authorities, and companies in managing religious matters: employee rights and obligations, adapted generic regulations, management of concrete and recurring cases, crisis management, and potential practical solutions.

In addition to legal expertise, the training is enhanced by the experiences of managers regarding concrete situations they have had to manage. The training also draws on organizational science, management, and negotiation to offer operational solutions to managers and employees.

Within a complex legal framework, the goal of the training is to provide operational tools for preserving harmony within the company: a space for socialization, value creation, and collective identity.

The training is designed to be concrete, effective, and efficient:

1. Presentation of issues and applicable legal framework, dispelling prejudices (1h30)

2. Practical case studies in groups: situation analysis, rights and obligations, reasoned negotiation, operational solutions (3h)

3. Synthesis, answers to questions, explanation of provided and consultable documentation (1h)

4. Feedback, verification of acquired knowledge (30 min)
