Senior product and program manager with ~20 years in tech, telecom and SaaS. I help startups and enterprise teams turn complex roadmaps into shipped outcomes.

I have led product and program work at Spotify, Tele2 and HP/HPE - building internal platform products that power large engineering and business organizations, running B2B product portfolios, and multi-year transformation programs across business units and geographies. My background sits in the bridge between commercial and technical: I have owned P&L, set pricing and go-to-market strategy, and at the same time worked closely with engineering on architecture trade-offs and delivery.

Clients usually bring me in for one of three things:

Senior product leadership on B2B, platform or internal products - strategy, roadmap, product development, prioritization, stakeholder alignment.

Program management for cross-functional initiatives - typically transformation, integration, or new market launches.
Interim PM/PgM cover during reorganizations, fundraising periods, or while a permanent hire is being recruited.

I work hands-on, write clearly, and move comfortably between engineering standups and C-level steering committees. I operate through my Swedish registered company, Domini Konsult AB. Based in Stockholm and available on-site there, with remote and hybrid engagements across the Nordics and Europe.
