Hellosafe is a company in the FinTech and InsurTech sector that aims to compare financial products and simplify travel insurance subscriptions. The company has over 3 million annual users, is present in more than 10 countries, and has raised €3.2 million.

I joined the HelloSafe development team to participate in the development of new strategic internal and external tools.

We were organized in squads of 5 people:

- 1 Product Owner

- 1 Tech Lead

- 3 Developers

As a Full-stack Developer, I was responsible for:

- The complete development of the credit card insurance comparator.

- The implementation of automation pipelines (n8n & LLM) for converting complex legal documents into structured data.

- The creation of travel insurance comparison tools and subscription modules with integrated payment.

- Managing data flows and technical dialogue with partners for integrating their products.

- Development and maintenance of the Front-end (Next.js) and Back-end (Symfony).

I led the technical launch of the "Brokerage" department, enabling payment integration and the finalization of subscriptions directly on the platform.

Eorguessr is a platform/game mixing Geoguessr and Final Fantasy XIV. The project is a global community success, having gathered a very large user base.

As founder, I led the entire product lifecycle, from initial design to large-scale operation.

I was responsible for:

- Designing a robust real-time architecture to manage synchronized game sessions

- Developing a real-time interface

- Integrating a mapping system and a 3D photosphere rendering engine.

- Setting up a scalable infrastructure to handle global traffic peaks.

- Implementing continuous deployment pipelines to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

- Managing and analyzing data to generate user statistics.

- 250,000 games played

- 4 years of cumulative playtime

- Mentioned in the Japanese specialized press.
