Prior to this I spent 15 years in a leading B2B service provider. I led across data, analytics and visualization in markets including telecommunications, utilities, insurance and payment terminals, across the full spectrum of departments – sales, operations, customer service, retentions, collections, commercial & finance. As Head of Data I reported into CIO and was responsible for a team of 15 including insight analysts, full stack BI developers, Business Analysts and a delivery manager.
