Integrated into the regional works procurement department, I support the works delegation responsible for carrying out projects by auditing service providers. As the quality, safety, and environmental referent on construction sites, it is necessary to ensure the compliance of services with the contract and specifications, to correct any short-term and medium-term dysfunctions within a shared continuous improvement framework, and to evaluate the overall performance of service providers for the purpose of establishing contracts with the most competent ones. This is the objective of the service provider evaluation process.
