I designed and developed 5 lines of personalized products for corporate clients from their conceptualization, strategy, and implementation, managing to build loyalty with these brands by offering the convenience of having a unique product portfolio and stock ready for their new projects.

I carried out prototype evaluation for its implementation in the production line and the processes that were necessary to develop in parallel such as production tools, mold design and devices, which achieved a 50% increase in productivity.

I managed to accompany and implement the change of existing production processes towards CAD manufacturing, developing the design department and a methodology oriented towards standardization, achieving efficiency and quality in manufacturing

I was responsible for the design and corporate identity of the company, catalog lines and advertising, achieving a position in the market as an integrating solutions company and greater recall.
