Architected and delivered a modernised resident portal for Cornwall Council, maintaining and replacing legacy Power Pages (Power Portals) with a custom Razor + TypeScript framework and integrating Azure Functions to handle complex asynchronous workflows and CRM interactions.

Collaborated closely with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, developing C# plugins, model driven apps, and canvas apps to extend CRM functionality and streamline business processes. Integrated Dynamics data with Power BI for unified analytics and worked with Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents to automate tasks and deliver conversational user experiences.

Built scalable backend services using C#, .NET 6, and ASP.NET Core Web APIs, integrating securely with Dataverse and Azure AD, and optimising performance across internal and external facing applications.
