Joha Orellana

As a UX designer and researcher, I carry out user-centered design projects, collaborating with various clients to improve their digital experiences. My approach combines qualitative and quantitative research, I facilitate co-creation sessions and design strategies to respond to the specific needs of clients.

User experience designer for CaixaBankNow. During this time, my role was to design the app and web experience of the bank, within the areas of customer, consumption and cards. In addition to the design, I participated in the development of moderated and unmoderated usability studies with the aim of detecting points of improvement in the customer experience, as well as the definition of A/B studies and analysis of web metrics together with the Data team.

I participated in the definition of the company's strategy, in the elaboration of the company's mission, value and vision, and also defining OKRs and KPIs in the short and medium term. Yoga Solo is a startup born in France and based in Spain dedicated to the creation of digital products oriented to physical well-being. In my time at the company, I was in charge of the conceptualization, definition and end-to-end creation of the product.
