  • RSVZ/INASTI
    .NET FREELANCER
    March 2024 - July 2025 (1 year and 4 months)
Job Summary: RSVZ is a national institute that deals with social security matters for selfemployed entrepreneurs. My role here was to maintain the in-house software that is used to
follow up on said social matters. For my team specifically, the scope is set to all matters
    regarding pensions.
Throughout the last year of this engagement we have developed a platform that retrieves,
processes and evaluates large amounts of self-employment data from many different
services, with a strong emphasis on performance and scalability. I was given a lot of
responsibility for this project, and I am very proud of the simplicity we have been able to
maintain amidst the complex requirements we were given along the way.
Tech Stack: .NET Framework, .NET Core, WPF, Entity Framework, WCF (SOAP), IIS, OracleDB, Azure DevOps, Git, MSTest, Agile, NServiceBus, BenchmarkDotNet, Blazor

  • LANSWEEPER
    .NET DEVELOPER
    April 2022 - October 2023 (1 year and 6 months)
Job Summary: Lansweeper is a Network Discovery Suite designed to be the ultimate all-inone solution for network architects. I joined the Discovery 2 team, which was one of three
teams in charge of adding and maintaining different methods of device discovery on IT
    networks.
A couple of months after I started, Lansweeper started developing its VNext solution, in
order to update the codebase to current standards and practices. With this change, I was
put into a two-person team in charge of the Hub, which serves as a central entity on the
network that gathers data collected by Sensors on the network and funnels it to the cloud.
I was quick to point out that our OT-solution was so similar to the IT-solution that it made no
sense to develop and maintain two Hub projects separately. As such, these Hubs were
merged into one code-base and our two-person team was re-merged into Discovery 2.
Within the VNext context, this team now focussed on development for Windows and Mac
    OS.
Tech Stack: .NET Core, Entity Framework, MassTransit, ASP.NET MVC (REST), (Mud)Blazor, Git,
CircleCI (CI/CD & YAML), Azure, MSSQL, SQLite, NUnit, Agile

  • ALLPHI
    .NET CONSULTANT
    December 2019 - January 2022 (2 years and 1 month)
Project #1 Summary: Before my first assignment, I was given a practice-project which
introduced me to Dependency Injection and N-tier architecture in a relatively simple CRUD
web-application. At a later stage I also had to implement RabbitMQ.
In March ’20 I rolled into an ongoing project at Bayer’s Crop Science Division, formerly
known as Monsanto. The scope of this project was the development of an MES platform,
mostly catering to the factory workflow of corn seed production. The platform covers the
seeds’ journey through the factory from the silos to the packaging process and serves as a
specialized extension of Siemens’ Opcenter platform. Once completed, Bayer planned to
deploy this platform to all its sites worldwide. As such, the project was very international in
nature, employing technological profiles allover the world, including but not limited to
Belgium, Scotland, Italy, Germany, Brazil and North America.
Tech Stack: .NET Core, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC (REST), NUnit, MSSQL, Siemens
    Opcenter, Git, Agile
Project #2 Summary: In January ’21 I was added to a very similar ongoing MES project at
Actemium. The main difference with Bayer’s project was the technology stack. Their
platform was to be a replacement of an outdated Oracle Legacy System. As such, the
project was developed DB-first using in-house databases and software, rather than using
    intermittent software like Siemens OpCenter.
Technologies used: .NET Core, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC (REST), NUnit, Oracle DB,
    Angular, ag-grid, Git, Agile
