With my 2 partners, we created Bazalt to offer an innovative payment solution.

In a context where the e-commerce world is in crisis, we had to offer a solution to help e-merchants reduce the impact of fraud and increase conversion rates.

Bazalt offers a solution to authenticate the customer via biometrics with a Bazalt user account, and then we handle the transmission of delivery and payment information and preferences. This avoids friction that can reduce conversion rates, and with this solution, we reverse the trend by increasing the conversion rate.

I was in charge of the technical strategy for the solution and setting up a POC to validate feasibility and define the roadmap for the commercially viable MVP.

I put my expertise at the service of Zenika's clients, supporting them in their Cloud migration: Delivery manager, Architectures, Expertise/Audits, FinOps, experience from development to delivery, and training on Cloud in general and Google Cloud.

I started as Head of the e-commerce integration team for existing CMS on the Web (Prestashop, Magento, Demandware, Hybris, etc...)

Implementation of Dockerization with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.

Worked in collaboration with HiPay support to assist merchants with their integration with HiPay payment.

I progressed to positions of responsibility as Head of Engineering, particularly in Cloud as Head of Cloud to manage HiPay's Cloud migration strategy (application migration, Landing Zone, commit contract, management of Cloud Architects and Cloud Engineers, organizational acculturation and adoption of the cloud, and Cloud support/training.
