The Société du Canal de Provence (SCP) is a key player in water treatment and management, providing innovative solutions for water supply and sustainable water resource management. Their expertise covers both agricultural irrigation needs and the supply of drinking water for communities and industries.

Within SCP, I joined a team of three developers to contribute to the Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA) of about twenty applications. These applications play a central role in the company's operational and strategic activities, covering areas such as hydraulic infrastructure management, resource planning, and monitoring of consumption and interventions.

I performed the following tasks:

- Team synchronization

- Task prioritization

- Patch planning

- Code review

- Development of enhancements

- Bug fixing

- Estimation

- Mentoring junior developers and interns

During my assignment, the figures evolved as follows:

- The resolution time for critical tickets decreased by 30% thanks to better synchronization and prioritization.

- The number of delivered patches increased from 12 to 25 per month.

- Two complete application redesign projects were completed.

I joined the MUN team for Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA) of a nuclear material management project. The project was deployed in all nuclear facilities in France.

I performed the following tasks:

- Design and development of .NET enhancements

- Bug fixing

- Management of SQL Server relational databases.

During my assignment, the figures evolved as follows:

- The average processing time for tickets related to nuclear material management decreased by 25%.

- The system recorded an increase in reliability with a 30% reduction in critical failures.

- Over 300 operators in nuclear facilities benefited from improved and faster access to essential data.

I had the opportunity to collaborate with prestigious clients such as TechnicAtome and ArcelorMittal on long-term assignments and high-visibility projects.

During my assignment at TechnicAtome, I developed a turnkey Self Service Password Reset solution. The solution is used by all company employees to securely and robustly reset their Active Directory passwords.

I performed the following tasks:

- I proposed a technical solution that met the client's needs

- I designed and developed a robust and secure web application in ASP.NET

- I implemented a SQL Server database

- I developed the Blazor Front-End design

- I deployed the application on the client's environment (IIS server)

- I managed the pre-sales phases and presentations of the finished product to the client.
