At FLOA, I held the position of Lead Full-Stack Developer with a focus on the Developer Experience Engineer role. As a lead developer, I contributed to the design and development of backend APIs in PHP, .NET, and TypeScript, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability across multiple projects. I also guided the team through architectural decisions, code reviews, and hands-on, operational development.

In my Developer Experience role, I focused on improving engineering workflows and accelerating deployment. I implemented Docker-based environments, designed and deployed a complete CI/CD pipeline on GitLab, and automated key processes such as unit tests, functional tests, and validation steps. I improved environment variable management, set up automated alerting systems, and standardized project structures to reduce friction and increase developer productivity. I also worked closely with development teams, providing support, diagnostic assistance, and technical improvements to enable them to work more effectively.

Overall, my mission was to modernize tools, streamline development practices, and create a faster, more reliable, and more productive engineering environment; and of course, to develop new features quickly and efficiently while adhering to best practices.

Carried out a mission for the Museum of Natural History in Paris involving the deployment of an automatic website creation tool for observatories. The project used PHP/Symfony technologies. This mission also included a few months of freelance work on the continuation of development (solo) based on a technical specification.

Developed PHP/Symfony websites for numerous clients. Implemented automatic backup solutions for websites and databases to a remote server. Created a WordPress site generator to establish a solid foundation enabling development teams to work efficiently.
