I have been working as a trainer and coach for 13 years and have found my absolute calling in it. My goal is always to convey content with fun and joy, because that's the only way it can have a lasting effect. Always appreciative, benevolent and as understandable as possible.

My absolute "pet subject" is complaint management. Because dealing with complaints is a key qualification for every employee in customer contact. It is there that it is decided whether the customer is lost or becomes a future regular customer. The basis is of course communication. It is really fascinating to observe how my clients in the training courses and coachings get better and better, both in customer contact and with their satisfaction. Because that's what I always assume: Not only does the customer have to be satisfied, the employee deserves that just as much.

I advise (online) in 1-on-1 conversations, give (online) seminars and workshops on site and support the implementation of active complaint management. Online or telephone consultations are possible from 15 minutes and at short notice.
